  • “WhatsApp Communication” means patient communication through Meta-owned messaging platforms used for booking, follow-ups, and sharing updates.
  • “RCS Messaging” refers to communication through Rich Communication Services supported by telecom operators.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, booking appointments, or communicating via WhatsApp or RCS, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms;
  • You are legally competent to enter into this agreement; and
  • You consent to all data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.


4. Description of Services

Our Services include:

  • General medical consultation and diagnosis;
  • Preventive and curative healthcare advice;
  • In-person and online appointments;
  • Communication via WhatsApp, phone calls, or RCS for reminders and reports;
  • Basic digital record maintenance.

All treatments and advice are provided in good faith based on available medical information and patient disclosures. The clinic does not provide emergency services through online channels.


5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book consultations or use our digital communication platforms. Parents or guardians must consent for minors.


6. Account Registration

Some online features may require registration or appointment booking with your name, contact details, and medical history. You agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your personal information and ensuring its correctness.


7. User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • To provide complete and truthful medical information;
  • Not to misuse WhatsApp or RCS channels for spam or unrelated messages;
  • To respect appointment timings and reschedule responsibly;
  • To avoid sharing your login or confirmation details with unauthorized persons;
  • To comply with all applicable Indian medical and data protection laws.

8. Payment & Billing Terms

All fees for consultations, treatments, or services shall be communicated transparently prior to confirmation. Payments, if made online, must be done through authorized payment gateways or directly at the clinic.
Fees are non-refundable once services are rendered, except under exceptional circumstances determined by the clinic.


9. Subscription Renewal & Termination

For periodic health check plans or packages, renewal terms will be shared in advance. The clinic reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a patient violates these Terms or misuses the communication channels.


10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

The clinic uses WhatsApp Business API and RCS messaging for legitimate patient communication only, including:

  • Appointment reminders;
  • Health tips and follow-ups;
  • Service updates or notifications.

Messages will comply with Meta’s Business Messaging Policy and telecom DLT registration norms in India. Patients can opt out anytime by replying “STOP” or informing us directly.


11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

All WhatsApp or RCS messages are sent securely and only to patients who have voluntarily shared their contact details. While delivery is dependent on third-party platforms, we ensure compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and Meta’s Business Policy.


12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content — including text, graphics, logo, medical information, and digital materials — is the intellectual property of Dr Bharat Nandure Tadkalas. Reproduction or use without written consent is prohibited.


13. Confidentiality

Patient data and medical information are treated with strict confidentiality. We follow doctor-patient confidentiality standards as per the Medical Council of India (MCI) and relevant healthcare regulations.


14. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, the Services are provided “as is.” We make no warranty that our online systems, appointment tools, or WhatsApp communications will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
Medical advice provided online should not replace in-person consultation in emergencies.


15. Limitation of Liability

The clinic and its doctor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, including delays, message failures, or third-party system errors.


16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr Bharat Nandure Tadkalas and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our Services or violation of these Terms.
